This position manages a Sales team of 8 focused on Groups rental car frankfurt Shore Excursions and Private Arrangements sales which represents approximately $12-20M in gross revenue and is poised to grow dramatically rental car frankfurt year on year. This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the Groups and Private rental car frankfurt Arrangements program to maximize full revenue potential, guest satisfaction and repeat business. This position identifies and implements opportunities for growth.
Develops strategic vision for growing Groups and Private Arrangements business in coordination with Director and VP. Identifies opportunities to improve and grow revenue and works with the appropriate departments, including Sales, Legal, International and Groups to implement. This includes rental car frankfurt incentive programs for travel partners.
Promotes groups program internally and externally through creation and distribution of marketing collateral, communication with Sales, Marketing, international offices, and Groups, and active marketing to incentive houses, large groups and charter clients. Participates in sales meetings, events and roadshows to represent the department and network with key travel partners.
Develops and implements training program for internal departments such as Customer Service, Charters Incentives teams, Reservations, Consumer Outreach, and Groups to ensure consistent message to potential customers and to increase awareness of program.
