Downtown Detroit has changed a lot. Find out about the many attractions, restaurants, hotels, and more in the revitalized downtown area. This area has changed so much in the past ten years and is rapidly continuing to do so. People are starting to move back to the downtown area with the lure of urban living. Young people are especially starting to look into buying condos, lofts, and apartments downtown.
The area has many new attractions and activities for all. Also the nightlife has been much improved over the past few years. Popular restaurants like American Coney Island, and the Detroit Beer Company , are also there for everyone to enjoy (not to mention a lot of great sports chicago cubs spring training tickets bars).

This has to be my number one of my favorite spots in the city, and it's something you MUST go to when you're in town. During the summertime and wintertime, you will find many activities to do here. Concerts and music (from jazz to R and B), and even an ice skating rink can be found here during the year.
You CANNOT miss the building. It is the tallest building in the city and all of Michigan. Inside you will find one of the best hotels in the city as well as daily trips up to the top of the "Ren Cen" for spectacular views. Find out more about the Renaissance Center.

Chene Park is not located directly in the downtown area, but it is no less than 3-5 minutes away. You will find many concerts and performances here during the summer. Check out Chene Park for more info on concerts.
