It is almost impossible to visit a hotel like this and not be seduced by the possibility of playing

Orlando is a city I thought I knew. What I mean is that I have been many times in this city of central Florida, I have stayed in different hotels and of course I have visited the theme parks. I always keep insisting to my friends that Orlando is much more than the theme parks, I have nothing against this kind of entertainment, actually I enjoy as well the fast rides of Universal and the magic of Disney, but the downtown is very appealing, there are excellent family resorts, first class shopping opportunities and great quality of life in Orlando and many visitors are so focused on what they know that they miss this other side of the destination.
Once again I had the opportunity of visiting Orlando, this time I was looking for a more restful weekend, something little bit more adult oriented, so I decided group bus tours to nascar races to try the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. There are a mix of reviews around, most of these talk of the great first impression but others get a little upset later. Anyway reviews are for me only an orientation and I prefer to experience a place by myself before believing everything that has been written about one place. I have to admit I am happy that I decided to stay in this great hotel.
JW Marriott is relatively new property here with no more than ten years, it is connected with a very glamorous sister property: The Ritz Carlton, actually guests of both properties can enjoy all the amenities.
group bus tours to nascar races The first impression is amazing. Orlando is not an overcrowded city, but the multitudes of the theme parks and shopping centers can be overwhelming overall for someone group bus tours to nascar races looking for peace and tranquility. The JW Marriott group bus tours to nascar races is set on a huge piece of land, sharing group bus tours to nascar races with the Ritz an abundance of lakes, forests, paths, fishing pots, pristine gardens and a first class golf course designed group bus tours to nascar races by Greg Norman.
One gets the impression group bus tours to nascar races of having arrived more to an Arabic palace, the building itself is big and grand, in the beginning parking was a little confusing, but it does not pose any major problem, group bus tours to nascar races it is possible to choose between the valet or the self parking, the down side is that both are chargeable.
Probably the fact of being upgraded to a corner suite was one of the most pleasant surprises. I have traveled a lot and I have to admit this is one of the best rooms in which I have stayed. A perfectly appointed place, decorated with good taste, including a fine selection of gourmet coffees and teas, magazines and two balconies with breathtaking views. Turndown service was done in an excellent way and everything we requested was sent very fast to the room. I honestly have only praises for this kind of room.
It is almost impossible to visit a hotel like this and not be seduced by the possibility of playing golf. We chose a golf and stay package that made the experience very affordable. There are not many people playing in the course and the reason may be that it is not cheap for walk-ins. This is a first class course with attentive personnel. group bus tours to nascar races The views from the course are amazing and especially impressive are the two hotels JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton. The design of the course is excellent with a good level of difficulty, not many hills but enough lakes and bunkers. In different locations it is possible to get complimentary cold water and towels. We were approached a couple times by the golf concierge who wanted to be sure that we were ok. The same guy came to us at the end with more cold water and a nice medal of the course with our names engraved.
As I said this it is not just one but two resorts interconnected. All the guests are encouraged to use both facilities. It is great just to walk around and a perfect opportunity to visualize local animals and many birds. Swimming pools are very big and there is one that is intended for adults only. Every time that we visit the pool we were cordially greeted and offered a place with complimentary fruit, group bus tours to nascar races cold water and towels. Both hotels share the spa facilities that have been branded under the Ritz Carlton Spa, there is a very well equipped fitness center, guests can use it in a complimentary basis or even take specific fitness classes from Yoga to Spinning with very affordable fees. This spa is recognized as one of the best in Orlando. Another of the downsides is that if one wants to use the steam or the sauna one has to pay a daily fee of 30 USD, this is kind of expensive for facilities that are free in almost any hotel. In our case the reservation included a daily credit of 50 USD that we applied for the use of the Spa facilities. I have to admit that even when the spa entrance and the suites for massage are very nice the area of the steam bath and sauna are not the best, I am not saying that these are ugly, but if they force you to pay 30 dollars to use it you expect something impressive.
My answer is yes! This is one of the best hotels group bus tours to nascar races of the area. Impressive facilities, friendly personnel, an excellent location only 20 minutes from the theme parks and shopping centers group bus tours to nascar races make of the JW Marriott and excellent call for visitors. group bus tours to nascar races If one wants the same experience with even more luxury there is the Ritz Carlton. Of course one needs to understand this is a hotel not only to sleep in after tiring days out, this is a destination in itself, a hotel to enjoy a place for refined travelers who want more than a bed. Delivering a more adult friendly experience it is not a resort only for older people, it is a place for the whole family with endless options for entertainment. JW Marriott is certainly a pleasant surprise for the visitor.
