Family Kingdom:  There's a water park and tons of rides for kids (and adults) of all ages. All-day, unlimited wristbands start at $19 for the water park and $25 for the amusement park.  The park has limited hours in April, and opens full time in May.
Pirates Voyage: It's like Medieval Times, but with pirates. Enjoy a five-course feast (vegetarian options are available) while watching two rival pirate crews battle each other to the death.
