An intoxicated woman was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct May 30 after police said she became combative and climbed onto the front lobby counter evenflo travel system at the Richmond Heights Police Department. The driver said he didn't know anything about the illegal contents because he was wearing his friend's pants.
