The low-cost carrier runs a large fleet of buses to dozens of destinations on the East Coast and in the Midwest, with a stop at Charlotte s transportation center uptown. Although the company has been cited for a handful of maintenance infractions and for not properly investigating a driver s background, it has an almost entirely clean safety record. Getaway Travels has not been cited for any unsafe driving infractions in the past two years.
