Outlaw s Seafood Grill at The Capital will be along the lines of Outlaw s Seafood Grill in Rock, Cor




Both Pete and I are looking forward to coming back to London, and hopefully creating one of the city s best fish restaurants says Chef Nathan Outlaw of his latest venture, Outlaw s Seafood Grill at The Capital which will open in Knightsbridge on 2nd October.
Outlaw s Seafood Grill at The Capital will be along the lines of Outlaw s Seafood Grill in Rock, Cornwall, the more informal of his two restaurants in the town, where he also has the 2-Michelin Star, Restaurant Nathan european river cruise tours Outlaw. european river cruise tours The menu will focus on simply prepared, ecologically sound Cornish seafood and differing from his Cornish restaurants sustainable catches from elsewhere in the UK.
Whilst remaining primarily based in Cornwall, Nathan will spend time at The Capital every week liaising with head chef Pete Biggs who he has worked with over the past 10 years. Nathan identified him as being strong, committed and organised and credits his work in Cornwall for creating a restaurant european river cruise tours that is now very successful and believes he is ready to move on to open in London.
