According to a BVRLA newsletter, the committee will be considering a new Code of Practice to help co




Today the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) is holding travel leisure magazine a rental committee travel leisure magazine meeting to respond to the new law that became effective in June banning age discrimination in regards to goods and services.

It would set out the permissible justifications for declining to rent a vehicle, the newsletter states.

The ruling of age discrimination which has been given in favour of the young drivers is a blessing as well a curse at the same time. Wreckless driving is mostly found amongst young drivers especially when they are driving around with less experience. I don't think parents would like their young children driving around in supercars on their birthdays or special occasions where they might end up doing something reckless.
