I agree with the previous poster. On one hand we see those articles about home sales and stalled price. Then sensationalistic articles that make quiet Dublin seem like Fallujah. Someone googling Dublin will see these articles about crime and buy in surrounding cities instead where there s no such blogs. Reply to this Comment Anonymous 1:05 PM on August 23rd, 2010
I just checked with the Property Manager at Elan at Dublin Station. There were NEVER a car stolen in the community. Apparently, the posting is inaccurate. It is very critical to post accurate information. The Dublin Station has different communities, including Avalon, Camilla Plan, Avalon, ETC. Please do not get confused with the Elan at Dublin Station. Your inaccurate posting will likely affect the property hotels in phoenix arizona value of the owner at Elan.
Can anyone tell me where about the stolen vehicle at Elan? Inside or outside the complex. As I know they have just installed a state of the art security camera over there. Reply to this Comment Anonymous 7:01 PM on August 22nd, 2010
I totally agree with first two posters. I m worried that if someone is googling for a new place to move, Dublin will be out of the question with crimes and low ranking school articles Pleasanton isn t even on the crimereports.com when you search crimes in Pleasanton(I don t know what s going on but anyway). I think this site has to have a balance between attracting new families to Dublin and letting Dubliners know what s happening around hotels in phoenix arizona Dublin. Really? People hotels in phoenix arizona looking to move will think Dublin is like Fallujah because of car thefts going up slightly and some prostitution busts? By that same logic people hotels in phoenix arizona who are looking to move to Livermore must think the city is crawling with cougars looking to rape young boys, because we keep hearing about Christine Hubbs. Guess where she is now? Yup, Dublin, so I guess now Dublin is instantaneously filled with cougars too, since that s where she s jailed. Reply to this Comment Anonymous 12:51 PM on August 23rd, 2010
John, I think it would have been useful to mention the monthly average number of vehicles stolen in Dublin vs. the 11 reported for July. Also, to put this in perspective it would be good to mention how many vehicles are stolen in the rest of the Tri Valley communities. I would be willing to bet the monthly number of vehicle thefts in Dublin are similar to Pleasanton, Livermore, and San Ramon. Reply to this Comment
