The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Managerment role in a 4* or 5* property or similar standard Restaurant. With 2 outlets, The Brasserie Restaurant hotels in thailand and The Park Restaurant, (our AA Rosette Award winning Dining Room) this hotel demands an Assistant F B Manager with extensive experience in Wines and Fine Dining. Our ideal candidate hotels in thailand will be a team player, capable of working in both the bars and the restaurants, and will be organised and efficient with excellent leadership skills. You must be a good staff motivator and trainer, and be able to combine teamwork and experience to produce optimum results hotels in thailand within the hotel. Rosette or Michelin star experience is preferred but not essential.
