The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Managerment role in a 4* or 5* property or similar standard Restaurant. With 2 outlets, The Brasserie Restaurant hotels in thailand and The Park Restaurant, (our AA Rosette Award winning Dining Room) this hotel demands an Assistant F B Manager with extensive experience in Wines and Fine Dining. Our ideal candidate hotels in thailand will be a team player, capable of working in both the bars and the restaurants, and will be organised and efficient with excellent leadership skills. You must be a good staff motivator and trainer, and be able to combine teamwork and experience to produce optimum results hotels in thailand within the hotel.
