The giant sting rays are famous residents of this aquarium and are featured in commercials we see on TV for the hotel. If you look closely you'll notice there is a swimmer in there with all those huge fishies. Is he watching the fishies or are we watching him? Inside the tunnels of "The Dig" my granddaughter is taking pictures of the jellyfish in light that reminds us of a Disney movie.
To provide even another view there is a tunnel beneath and through the aquarium. We could view the fish next to us and above us. The terrific part here is the natural sunlight allows for viewing the fish in excellent light for photography. So, if you get to Nassau and to the Atlantis Hotel complex, the aquarium is a great way to spend an afternoon.
I'm the wife of a fantastic guy, mother to three children who have grown up to be colleagues and friends, and grandmother to the greatest eight grandchildren anyone could want. Two Labrador Retriever canine athletes are also members of our family. For years I had my own business and was an adjunct professor. I am now delighted to have more time to do so many of the things I love doing with those I love. Whether bread making and gardening at home, knitting and crocheting at sea, or capturing digital images everywhere, my hands are always busy. My daughter encouraged me to start this blog for family near and far and friends old and new. I am so glad she did. I enjoy reading blogs of others with similar interests and getting to know those who write them. I hope you find what I have to share interesting or helpful and that you will share your comments with me.
