Town of Wallkill, N.Y. – Construction is well underway on the second phase of luxurious rental homes at Northwoods , the new offering of one-and two-bedroom garden style apartments being developed in the Orange County, N.Y. Town of Wallkill
The new rental buildings – which represent the balance of the community's 70 upscale homes – are expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by the end of 2012, according to Jack Linefsky, Vice President of Property Management for the Value Companies , developer/owner/manager of Northwoods.
