You are right Joker, the only difference is that this accident involved the ECSO and a man was driving. The other accident involved two YOUNG GIRLS and a YOUNG Perkins PD officer. Now you know why the girls got off scott free.

Just a couple of days ago SR had an article where Perkins PD failed to cite 2 young girls for driving through a yard taking out a fence and a pool. The reason given was that the accident occured on private property. The same thing happens with this man, he is on private property (Quality Inn parking lot) and accidently runs into the building. He is the cited by the ECSO for failure to control. Why is that? An accident that starts and ends on private property is a civil matter and therefore you cannot be cited, according to Perkins PD. Which is it? Do our own law enforcement officers not even know the laws they are trusted to enforce?
