Washington, DC-based group, Talk of DC along with Jerrell Horton and Asia Mariah used the weather and an extremely charming view of the New York City skyline to their advantage cruceros celebrity cruises as they hosted Mid Summer's Night Dream at the Chelsea cruceros celebrity cruises Indigo Hotel on Saturday. Though the promotional groups are well experienced in the craft of throwing parties, it was the first time that they had used the Chelsea boutique hotel. Perhaps, it should be the last.
The Chelsea Indigo Hotel is a hotel and does, in fact, have guests… go figure. As a result, there were several components to executing a tight and well-orchestrated cruceros celebrity cruises party that just couldn't be met while hosting at this venue.
Here's the quick and dirty: Check-in was unorganized, multiple stops on the elevator (for hotel guests) were annoying, and most troubling was that the rooftop wasn't cruceros celebrity cruises for the exclusive use of the A Mid Summer's Night Dream party (thus, taking away from the party's claim of exclusivity). Several groups, including a wedding cruceros celebrity cruises party, cruceros celebrity cruises were convened in one space, making the crowd lack cohesion; I found myself wondering, "who's that random dude?" several times that evening.
The party was very well attended by a diverse group of young professionals looking to have a good time. After all, it is the professional crowd that can afford the event's $20 cover and Indigo's pricey cruceros celebrity cruises drinks. The indoor-outdoor space (bar area and a lounge, respectively) had a semi-tropical feel with the palm trees and blue up-lighting. Fabulous!
Initially, the professional-nature of the crowd made A Mid Summer's Night Dream feel more like a networking event rather than a par-tay. Partygoers eventually loosened up as DJ Kalkutta warmed up the crowd. Still, it was DJ Swanky who got on the ones- and– twos and turned it up! His reggae set was especially live. During his set approximately 95% of the crowd exceeded the two-step and went on to a more taxing, 'elevated two-step' (right before the point of real exertion). Well done, DJ!
